How to request deletion
- Email info@arrowinfrapvt.com with the subject “Account deletion”. Include the app name and the phone number or email on your account.
- Or call +91 91472 47233 from the phone number on your account.
We may ask you to confirm the request with a one-time code. We never ask for your password, PIN or card details.
What happens next
Once the request is confirmed, your account is closed and your personal data is erased within 30 days. An account cannot be deleted while an order is in progress or money is still owed either way.
Data we delete
Your name, phone number, email, addresses, saved payment methods, reviews and photos, documents, and app preferences and device data.
Data we keep
Transaction and invoice records are kept for up to 8 years, as Indian tax and company law requires, without your name or contact details. Records needed to prevent fraud or settle an open dispute are kept until it is resolved.
